Important

The council does not accept payments through cheques, money orders, or postal orders. Employers or institutions are the sole recipients of the Statements of Examination Results, and candidates, parents, guardians, or any other individuals cannot receive or copy them.

Remember, these statements are not certificates, and you should not transfer them from one organization to another. All requests for confirmation of exam results must include copies of the relevant certificates. Result slips are acceptable for all examinations except CPE and KCPE.

If an applicant cannot provide a copy of the certificate or results slip, they must obtain an introduction letter from their school and a certified copy of the results printout for the specific year from their former schools, colleges, sub-county directors of education, or county directors of education, especially for private candidates and schools that have since closed.

To confirm results for modular courses like business, technical, and teacher education, the application form must include all copies of results slips for each module or part course. KNEC will not Incomplete incomplete applications.

Applicants are advised not to make any payments until their applications have been verified by KNEC and they have received a unique pay bill number.
