Nairobi, Uasin Gishu, Kakamega, Nyeri, Embu, Meru, Kiambu, Kitui, Kilifi, Kwale, and Lamu counties are among those designated by Kenya Power for planned power outages on Wednesday.
The interruption is intended to facilitate grid repair in the designated locations, the utility stated in a public announcement on Tuesday night.
According to the utility company, the outage will take place between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
NAIROBI
Kiwanja and portions of Kenyatta University will be impacted by the brief power outage in Siaya.
These include of Nyayo Estate, Kenyatta University School of Economics, KM, Kiwanja, Rubis, and Ola Petrol Stations along the Northern Bypass, as well as nearby clients.
In the specified areas, power will be turned off at 9 am and turned back on at 5 pm.
GISHU UASIN
The Huruma Estate in Uasin Gishu will be impacted.
